The concept of using Conviviality - acknowledging and respecting others with whom we relate as

a legitimate other - for personal and organizational development came from a group of

consultants and change agents working together in Brazil in the beginning of the decade 2000 and

draws from roots of the concept com from diverse sources such as Martin Buber, Ivan Illich,

Jurgen Habermas, Humberto R. Maturana and Francisco J. Varela,

The Rio Abierto System of Human Development and Neurolinguistic Process Development.

Arline is NLP Master trainer, consultant and coach.

She has been living and working in Brazil for 17 years.

Her interest in systemic thinking and acting developed during her studies in Biology.

She has been trained in NLP by Robert Dilts, Judy Delozier, Richard Bandler, Tim Hallbom, Suzi Smith, Stephen Gilligan and other trainers.

Arline Davis and Diego Aieta were part of the founding group that developed the Brazilian school of Conviviality and has gone on as a coach to explore the knowledge, skills and attitudes that allow people and

the marketplace, society and the planet.
