Make it as easy as possible,

                         but not easier.

                        Albert Einstein

An orientation model for "thinking, feeling and acting"

To gain more consciousness over reciprocal effects and interaction of  "thinking, feeling and acting"

I would like to show you with this presentation a simple model that you could use for

your self-management and apply it practically to the work with your clients.

The point is to find knowledge and ways to direct our attention in such a way,

that we increasingly feel, what we want to feel.

Anhard von Lachner studied electrical engineering, specializing in aviation electronics.

Since 1984 he has been working with the development of consciousness and personality.

Emotions and beliefs are central in his work with self-awareness groups and in individual therapy.

Since 1991 he has been working as NLP psychotherapist, specializing in Timeline therapy / Re-imprinting.

Today he is also a coach for personal development and a management trainer.
